Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer (approver) cannot see transaction upon request from Initiator&Verifier for hardcopy statement. Supposely approver can see the pending transaction and need to accept or reject the transaction under approval tab.
All approver receive email CMS alert but cannot approve/reject since no items under approval tab. Please help to investigate and rectify problem.
