Hi Hafiz
Kindly attend below case: 

Dear Penril Support;
User received notification on BIB SI today which indicate 1 of 3 txn having error when SI executed. Upon checking using kfh_bib_si_contigency, only 2 transactions return and both were successful.

Please help to provide the customer info of the error transaction as user need to contact customer and inform on the error SI. Attached is the bib_si transaction where delete_indicator=1.

Previously, there was a reported issue on BIB SI case #3512. Please help to check if the issue is similar and provide us the details.

Base of log. We suspect system cannot insert data to database. but we cannot find any log related to database. For solution. 
we suggest KFH to deploy cms ibg logger patches that we provide before.
