Description

Create a new table to track application form submission before login. Please discuss with Jelson and Daniell on how to do it.

Hi Danniell,

Lee Yong said the application form need to be track into the table too.

As I know, the forms have a lot of data fields.
So, to do the table creation do we need to create it by create every column for all fields
or need to do as receipt where we put all data fields in delimeted string in one column?
