Please review my code in rejected IBG branch.
The changes is to:
1. remove display of IBG Charges in Transaction History Details
2. display all IBG related transactions except for "Outward IBG-Charges" (Bulk Payment)

Reviewed the code, should be no problem. But can you test on the pagination? To confirm the pagination is working without any problem. On my side not able to test the pagination.
