Tested and failed.
No Audit Trail services at before & After. Please refer attached.

Step to re-produce
  1. Login as maker
  2. Edit and ticked CA services at User Maintenance
  3. Check at BIB Pending details
  1. Login as checker
  2. Check at BIB Approval details
