What I Mean is there any request to remove or not using mail notification for this TD transaction?

Every financial transaction should have mail notification.

Sorry I’m not sure. To answer your question, no there was no request to remove the mail notification in TD transaction. But also there is no request to add the notification as well in production environment previously. Probably you can cross check with existing FSD/TSD.

You also may want to escalate this issue to my supervisor/manager.

Need to be clear on this. This is an issue reported by Wahyu to our Support Portal. It is not related to TD Interest Rates enhancement. 
You may verify this with Wahyu.

Also, you and Aditya are contradicting each other on the email notification requirement for financial transaction. 
Please confirm whether email notification is a must or not for financial transaction. 

For this change request, we need a proper BRD to state 
1. when the email notification should be sent? on success? on failure? 
2. for which financial transactions? 
3. to who?
4. the content of the email notifications
