Issue:
Company followup input not saved when submit Follow-up form for programme type International Trade Fair. No error popup.
Cause:
Efr_id not properly assigned when submit. Causing the sales input not saved into database.
Solution:
Assign the correct efr_id when submit.
NOTE: Follow will not work if last day of immediate feedback is not replied.
- Login to TPMS.
- Access Post-Event Programmes.
- Search for 2016 event 'THE 14TH CHINA ASEAN EXPO (CAEXPO) 2017'.
- Click on Feedback button for the event.
- Click List By Company button.
- Click the edit button(pencil icon) for feedback labeled 3 or 6 MONTH.
- Followup feedback page will appear.
- Fill in few fields and click submit button.
- Expected result, form is saved and data can be reviewed in Post-Event Programmes.
