Description
Hi Nisa,
Email and SMS notification for Fail status does not receive to Initiator, Approver and Single User.
Kindly assist to fix on this bug.

- % Done changed from 0 to 80
Hi erni,
Changes have been done accordingly.
Root cause :
The issue is due to there is no rejected file return from host.
Solution :
Add some error handling code for null value
Kindly retest. Thanks.
