There are 2 Rentas transaction created by custermer however, there is no email alerts sent and received. 1 of the Rentas transactions was not appeared in CORUS reports. Please assist to fix this issue asap.

Salam Shahrul/Ashikin Based on crontab, Rentas File Generation and email execute at 10 am and 3 pm. From log seem like system already sent email to " tsv@kfh.com.my". Please refer log below for details. Our conclusion, the system working fine and no error found at our side. Is anything we can help for this issue. if not we will close this case.
