Description

Case ID : TPMS/17-0012

When user click the link follow up feedback form from email they received, feedback form was displayed as in the diagram below. To get the proper feedback form, they had to refresh the links that have been opened. For the use of the company is not convenient to do so.

Issue:
When new company access to TPMS feedback form link for the first time, the page always fail to load css.

Cause:
TPMS always fail to load css when first time access when using spring:url to automatically generated TPMS website url path.

Solution:
Hardcoded the TPMS website url path for all resources like css and js.

Test scenario:
  1. Login to TPMS
  2. Access Post-event module
  3. Search for any event. Example, MIHAS 2017
  4. Click Feedback button for the event to access Feedback Summary page
  5. Click on List by Company button to access List by Company page
  6. Find company with status NOT SENT
  7. Click the mail button to send email. NOTE: change the email to testing email
  8. Check email to receive the URL link to TPMS feedback form.
  9. Access the link from email in browser incognito mood. This is to simulate for company that never access TPMS website.
  10. Expected result, the opened page is properly loaded with TPMS css and can be submitted.

TPMS UAT server has been restart. Please try again. In addition, Trade Fair feedback is with the FOC non-CR, please test editing the product and services.
