Kindly attend below request:
Kindly need your assistance to check on this issue, customer just perform FTL for Single User, however he unable to login and appear error Username or Password or Security Token PIN is invalid .
Agent thought the username was incorrect, they already guide to perform reset password and login used the new password but still appear the same error message.
