Kindly assist to fix on this issue:
SMS notification not send to all user as per IBAM setting, only single user and 2nd authorised person only received the SMS.

Hi Erni,
Root cause : set the same object for both authorized person
Solution : use different object for each authorized person
Kindly retest.
