Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Please help to check on transaction verified but not listed in approval list. The customer has verified 2 transactions but none appeared in approval list.
FYI, both transaction amounting rm483 and the approver whom want to approve the transactions is defined in group B for 2000 (amt) in approval matrix. See below image.
While waiting for the logs, could you check the data from DB? Please help to check soonest possible.

Dear Shikin
Look like the approval matrix setup wrongly. Based on previous setup, amount 483 will fall into group A. Group B approver will not able to see the transaction. Please take note the amount up to must be lower to higher from up to down. The correct setup is as below.
