Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Please assist urgently as we encountered below issue:
1. The report file content is empty after we manually process RFI nacha
2. Respective team proceed to do manual crediting however, the status still N when checked in database.
FYI, RFI window 5 for 22/05/2017 received after the defined window yesterday and we only manage to process it today.
Please assist urgently.

Salam Ashikin,Shahrul 1. The report file content is empty after we manually process RFI nacha A : Base of log for manual RFI and creation date. Data will insert to windows 5 RFI report today 2. Respective team proceed to do manual crediting however, the status still N when checked in database A : Crediting will process all data with status new (N) and today creation data. Base of log. crediting process will execute at windows 2 (12.30 pm today).
Issue closed in SCP.
