Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

For current eCustody production, there have issue that user status already disabled from their Organization (status from CAS system) and Custody admin not able to find the user details (eCustody).That particular user still able to receive email on the trade.

Based on penril support feedback, eCustody will get all user from Organization and send email. It will not check user status.
Email reverted and need penril to further check is that happen same in receive report and receive news.
Please assist to check and revert.

Issue:
eCustody send email to related user without checking user status in trade verification, batch send news and reports. User with status DISABLED not suppose to receive email.

Cause:
eCustody never checks user status before sending email.

Solution:
Add user status checking before sending email in trade verification, batch send news and reports.

Pending:
Pending client to send batch file containing batch send news and reports.

Test scenario:
  1. Login to eCustody main
  2. Access Trade Verification module.
  3. If the are no trades in Trade Verification module, create trade in Trade Data Entry.
  4. Note, please update user email to testing email.
  5. In Trade Verification module, select a trade and verify it.
  6. Check if organization user, both active and disabled, receive email or not.
  7. Expected result, user with status active will receive email while user with status disabled will not receive email.

Based on schedule, this issue is tested and deployed to production on 28 July 2017.
