Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
On 07/06/2017 and 08/06/2017 around 5PM, user reported eCustody Production have issue which unable login to system (not even reach login page) and system hit gateway timeout. After restarted application, user able to login to eCustody.
Production logs will send to penril support. Please assist to check and revert asap.

Issue was resolve when client restart server. Pending client feedback on what process was done when the server hit timeout error.
