Kindly attend below request.
Please assist urgently. We received one complaint from customer that performed open IBG and encountered error
before inputing TAC. However, the account has been debited and no history at Internet Banking.

Salam Shahrul/Ashikin From our investigation we found TAC is been validate successful by upass. Meaning customer must be input correct TAC, because IB system is get TAC value from the front page(user input) For error page as user reported, we cannot find any error at log file, regarding the error pages we suggest IT to deploy IB ibg logger that has been delivered. The path is showing as below //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20170324_consumer_ibg_logger.
Issue closed in SCP.
