Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Bank's back office users could not input the full name email address of eCustody user due the limitation of character lenght ie, the email address is rita@bankganesha .co.id, while system only could accomodate rita@bankganesha.co which will impact email couldnot reach ecustody user. Please assist to solve the problem by adding the character as much as possible.

Dear Pak Rante, The field length will be changed from 20 to 100 to cater for long email. Is this already adequate? Dear Pak Liebi, Patch for this fixes as per attached: Path: /custody-admin/WebContent/jsp/ss218_organization/ibssOrganizationEnquiryEdit.jsp Guide: 1. /custody-admin folder refers to the one installed inside weblogic app server, 2. ibssOrganizationEnquiryEdit.jsp is the file needs to be replaced. Let us know incase any further issues. Thank you.
