Pak Rante, As per your explanation, the application that is having issue is CAS System, and not Custody. Maybank Indonesia does not have any active AMC for CAS system, therefore we are not able to provide any further assistance on this issue. Should you wish to subscribe for CAS AMC, please do contact our Account Manager.
