From the query result, transaction in IB is not yet approved, still pending for another approver.
Based on the chronology, account is debited before 1st approver approved transaction.
Please confirm with user (Izzat) on this issue.

Dear Zahir,
Kindly help to close this case.
As per findings from Ilah (Agrobank), the transaction is not related to IB.
Based on my checking, there is 1 transaction perform on 25/07/2017 with total amount RM2,691.90 which perform at other channel.
