Based on my investigation, this slowness is caused by MK response much more slower than before, it took around 25-45 seconds to response the GUID. I checked back the previous SMS log, MK only took around 3-4 seconds to response the GUID. Now almost 10 times slower than previous. Need IT to check with MK about this.
