Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
We having problem with our IBG via ATM. Its show error "Unable to proceed transaction" upon confirmation. customers account already debited and its accepted at CORUS system.
Please help investigate and rectify this problem .

We have transferred log to \\10.20.8.35\internet banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\11082017_ib_logs. Please verify.
