At Forex Rate portlet when clickin view all rates link the popup window didn't show the disclaimer

The problem is the war file of pt_forex_gold_rate.war is not configured properly. It is point to STG server. Then just run command './bvtool config-app -app <dir pt_forex_gold_rate.war> -dest <dir pt_forex_gold_rate.war>, then it works fine.
