Root cause:
Based on the screen cap, as well on the log we’ve seen directly in pin mailer the server, it seems that the CAS Pin Mailer application could not detect the printer.
This can happen when the “printer index” has been changed.
Why the printer index can suddenly change? The reason is might due to:
1. periodical OS update that causes printer driver is updated,
2. Unplug and plug the USB or LAN to different port,
3. Changes on the network configuration or devices (since the printer uses "LAN to USB converter", so it is highly dependent on the network).

Solution:
1. Run the jar file that I gave to you in order to identify the list of current printer installed in the server together with information on the "index printer”,
java -jar checkPrinterIndex.jar
2. Change the CASSettingsResources.properties and change the index of “letter” and “mailer” accordingly.
Example: letter shall be set to index 0 = Virtual Printer, Mailer uses index 1 which is EPSON dot matrix printer.

Do let us know if above solution works.
