Description
Access app server 2: 7410 and 7510 - image not found for username retrieve screen (image jcaptcha)
Instance app server 1: 7210 and 7310 => ok

copy folder images from app server 1 - instance 7210 at directory:
/opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framwork0/deploy/kfh_consumer.war/images
to app server 2 - instance 7410 & 7510 at directory:
/opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framwork2/deploy/kfh_consumer.war/images
/opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framwork3/deploy/kfh_consumer.war/images
I suspect it is because of the cache issue. because, they dis restart the prod server but didn't clear the cache.

Done.
No more issue on it after clear the cache and restart the server.
