Tengku Faradiza Binti Tengku Baharuddin, Senior Vice President Corporate Banking
Tengku Faradiza experience spanning over 25 years in the banking industry. She graduated from University of Wales, United Kingdom. She has worked with multiple local and multinational banks that led her to have different insights and perspective for the financial industry. Her knowledge and expertise in the corporate banking arena will enable KFH Malaysia to grow and enhance its business sustainably.

Norashikin Binti Mohd Kassim, Executive Vice President, Treasury
Norashikin graduated from Oxford majoring in Mathematics. Her 23 years of total experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance and Capital Market marks her as a seasoned Islamic practitioner in the country. Her well rounded experience does not limit her in the banking industry generally but also includes Asset Management and Insurance. She has been known as a notable contributor in the areas of Capital Markets with one of the largest Sukuk organization in Malaysia.

Azleena Binti Idris, Vice President, Legal
Azleena comes with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry in the areas of legal, advisory and strategy. She was heavily involved in formulating the strategy and development of Bank Negara Malaysia policies and International Islamic Liquidity Management. She was an in-house legal counsel for RHB and its conglomerates before joining Bank Negara Malaysia in 2005. Azleena was with Bank Negara Malaysia for about 12 years. Coincidentally, Azleena led the team that was responsible for the licensing of KFH Malaysia.

Mark Peile, Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy
Mark is a CIMA-qualified Senior Financial Services Executive has been appointed as Director of Business Performance & Analytics for KFH Malaysia. Mark brings with him significant global expertise in profit & loss and balance sheet management, change management, performance management, operations, analytics and building high-performance teams. With over 20 years of experience, his role in KFH Malaysia will aid the Executive Leadership in charting the Bank’s future growth in our chosen markets.

Liu Shoua Fan, Executive Vice President, Technology & Innovation
Liu joins KFH Malaysia with more than 35 years of global experience in the international banking industry. Shoua’s key skill set focusses on Six Sigma process re-engineering in both front and back office. His main focus in KFH will be to build world class processes and assisting the bank to become SIMPLER BETTER FASTER. His areas of expertise cover Operations, IT and Corporate Banking and his excellent track record around the world was key in his selection to help KFH Malaysia to significantly improve the customer experience and journey.

André Van Lersel, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Andre completed his Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology from universities in The United States and the Netherlands. At KFH Malaysia, he commenced as the advisor to the KFH Malaysia’s CEO and was actively involved with the internal transformation programme - INSPIRE for the Bank. Prior to advising KFH Malaysia he was engaged at the Group level in KFH Kuwait since 2014. Apart from his hands-on experience in the most senior HR roles, He is strongly motivated in assisting the well-being of the people agenda in an organisation. His focus is to provide emphasis on the people management for KFH Malaysia, which is also in line with the Bank’s aspirations for its people for the future growth of the Bank.
