Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
There is 1 bulk transaction uploaded and approved on 23.10.2017 still with status "pending for approval" in corus.
Upon further checking, customer's account has been debited and credited to bene's account successful however this transaction was not captured in BVMC - Consolidated Report and Internet Transaction Report dated 23.10.2017.
Please assist to rectify why status was not reflected accordingly in both Corus and BVMC.

Salam Ashikin/Shahrul From our investigation. We notice database is not updated after bib request to update at database. We cannot find any trace and error for affected transaction at given log. Please execute sql below to find trace of missing data at database SELECT * FROM V$SQL V where first_load_time LIKE '2017-10-23%';
Issue closed in SCP.
