Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
eCustody Production got 3 trade (upload by client) have been rejected with host status ‘JTO’ but cannot find any message received from the log file.
What it mean on ‘JTO’ ? will it possible after client click on authorize, it hit timeout due to no response message receive ?
Email on log files and details already send to eCustody penril support.
Please assist to check.

Replied to customer on 08/11/2017, error caused by host time out. Pending feedback from customer for their monitoring on custody application.
