For CIB, the following reports dated 13.3.11 are not available for retrieval at BVMC:
- Bill Pmt
- Block ATM Rpt
- Chq Book Request Rpt
- Conso Cust Request at Branch
- Exception Rpt
- IB Self Service Rpt
- Internet Trx Rpt
- Mobile Reload Rpt
- Stmt Request Rpt
- Stop Chq Rpt
- TAC Issuance Rpt

Checked at log, while cronjob running to generate the reports, shows error failed to connect to DB.
This might be because of last night's migration activity (IB Change password and Pen Test migration).
Action: Regenerate reports manually with IT help.
