Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
We received complaints from customer whereby they encountered session expired but their accounts have been debited. Upon checking from IB database, the records are inserted with 'Pending' status.
Please check why the issue occured as we have applied the fixes to prevent the session from auto log-out. Please assist urgently as we received a lot of complaints from yesterday and today.
We are preparing the logs and will inform once available.

Dear Shikin Can you try to find under path "/opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bvframework0-3/log/"? Furthermore, may i know is there any email server restart or network changes on 27-28 December? Thank you
