Dear Shikin, After read through your request of "Kindly assist to stop below user id from receiving the email notification as they still received the notification even the user has suspended their id", meaning you are asking us to change the current CMS behaviour. The current behaviour was designed by KFH initial project team member, Kamaruddin, to prevent internal fraud. The request is all users within the company will still receive notification even though their user account is not active. The reason was told as to prevent internal fraud that the Corporate Admin might disable one of the legitimate Approver account, give the approval right to another user. After done, the CA will enable back the original Approver account. In this way, the legitimate Approver will not know fraud had been happened if the legitimate Approver did not receive notification when account being disabled. Please discuss with your business team about this matter to formalize the changes. If the decision is to make changes, please send a formal request and state clearly the condition whom to receive and whom not to receive. Thank you.
