Noticed that all the 6 SI today were failed with reason "Transaction Error". Please assist to check and revert why all SI transactions were unsuccessful.
We have transferred log files to \\10.20.8.35\Internet Banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\29012018_ib_logs

Dear Lee Yong; We have checked at our end, the error is due to Phoenix EOD batch still running when the transactions being executed. Attached is the list as extracted from Phoenix error code for your kind perusal. You may close this issue.
