Kindly attend below request:
Received call from customer about their transaction history for past 30 days transaction via cash management solution.
Message appear " You do not have any transactions".
However, after further check in Ethix, there are many transaction made on Jan 2018.

Below are the summary of this issue. *Summary:* Checked ESB logs, found that ESB able to retrieve the transaction history records without error. ESB log as below. Checked IB logs, on that time does not have any error on that time and IB will not filter the transaction history. Tried to use the same transaction history records to form the display data, also no problem, able to proceed without error.
