Notification on Base Rate (BR) / Base Financing Rate (BFR) of KFH Home / Property Financing-i and KFH Murabahah Cashline-i.
Dear Valued Customers,
In line with the recent change in the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 0.25%, effective 1 February 2018, KFH Malaysia's Base Rate (BR) and Base Financing Rate (BFR) for our Retail Banking Customers' Cashline and Home Financing shall be revised as follows:
BASE RATE : From 3.40% to 3.65%per annum
BASE FINANCING RATE : From 7.29% to 7.54% per annum
Please note that your current lease rental / instalments will be revised accordingly.
