Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Please check why the SI for IBG having issue on 5th March 2018. We suspected the service was down at that time. The principal amunt is not debited from customer account however, the SI and GST charges was debited.
Kindly investigate and revert. The logs have been placed at below path:
\\10.20.8.35\internet banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\05032018_ib_logs
Attached is the affected account.

Summary:
- Did not found stop server logging and start server logging before and after that period of time.
- There is no log between 12am - 6am.
Root Cause: - The IBG server is not function from 12am and resume after 7am. This will cause SI IBG not able the add entry to IBG core.
