Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Unlock flow problem

1. force user to click unlock button before doing anything else. right now system will change user_state to normal if user click on lupa password button.
2. User can not use credit card & its pin to unlock/ forgot password with no cp_cust_no although user_access_no presented on db. User can't use acc number & atm card pin to unlock/ forgot password with no user_access_no although cp_cust_no presented on db

Properties Changes (new error message will be provided by Pak Adit)

1. Anda telah mencapai jumlah upaya maksimum. Silakan hubungi Customer Care di +6221 500611 atau 69811.
You have reached the maximum number of attempts. Please call Customer Care at +6221 500611 or 69811.
2. Anda telah melampaui jumlah upaya TAC. Untuk kemanan, <i>user-ID</i> Internet Banking Anda telah diblokir
You have reached the maximum number of TAC attempts. For security reasons, your Maybank2u User-ID has been blocked.
3. Kode TAC Terkunci. Hubungi Customer Care
TAC is Locked. Please contact Customer Care.

TAC Locked

User can still doing transaction even though s/he already put wrong TAC number 3 times. please set user to invalid session

[Gabby] Unable to replicate the issue. Attached; key in with correct TAC for the 4th time and user will not able to continue. Tested as well in profile management.
