Customer unable to see pending transaction when she login using 'approver' id : khairiahzn.
I enclosed herewith attachments of customer ‘screen shot’ showing there is no pending transaction in her ‘authorization list’.

Root Cause: Approval Matrix not set up
Solution: Update Approval Matrix and initiate the transactions again
