Virtual Transfer with decimal amount are being multiplied by 100, happens on RMBP.

Dear Zahir,
Patch was delivered to bank on 20th April 2018. Bank plans to deploy the patch 24th April 2018.
Problem:
- Upon VA Result (Payment), when customer enters amount with decimal it will add additional 00. If there is no decimal, there is no problem
Fixes:
- Standardize the input to have decimal and remove x100
