Description
Make the deleted user status to be Deleted and make the user default to be disable from the User BVMC report list.

- User System excluded from report by cater through user_id > 223
- Deleted user status changed to deleted by adding condition if (username.equalsIgnoreCase("NIL")==true) {Status = "Deleted"}
