- SI instant transfer reciept display charges of RM53 instead of RM0.53.
- Instant transfer charges display rm0.00 at agronet transaction screen for SI transaction.

Root Cause: Charges value not correct.
Solution: Putting the decimal point in charges
Patch path: D:\was-workspace\01 Download WAR files from Penril\4530- SI Instant transfer issue
