Description
[TC 2.2.1C.2] & [TC 2.2.1C.4]
System currently don't have validation for leaving blank at 'Group Description' field during creation.
Kindly add required validation and set this field to be maximum 255 characters only (as per mentioned in FSD).
The error message should also displayed as: Please enter no more than 255 characters.
Current error message displayed: Group Description cannot be greater than 255 characters / digits.

Issue: Wrong wording displayed for error message entering more than 255 characters at "Group Description" fields.
Current Result:
Please enter no more than 255 characters.
Expected Result:
Please enter not more than 255 characters.
