Issue happens because of Internet Explorer browser.
The ISIN CODE text field has property maxlength = 6. Internet Explorer browser use this to show error message "You must enter 6 or fewer character" and prevent user from completing the trade data entry.
Has sent email to client for latest maxlength and updated from 6 to 12.
