No error message displayed when From Date is bigger than To Date
2. Expected Results
Error Message shall be displayed

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Admin User Maintenance, input From Date with a value later than To Date.
(Kindly include your Finding/Resolution for the issue. TQ)

Finding/Resolution
Disable input by typing, validate date range by javascript.

Issue has been retested and successfully passed.
Current system behavior:
"User Creation Date From" field is unable to pick on date value that is greater than "User Creation Date To" field
This issue is currently send to user for more clarification on this issue.

Hi,
While the first issue of being able to back date is fixed, the second issue of not being able to select a future date has yet to be fixed.
