Image that is selected is not viewable during creation of Interstitial Message
2. Expected Results
Selected image should be viewable for user confirmation
3. Risk / Impact
Confusion to user as not sure whether has selected the image. User might select
image multi times

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as maker04@admin.my
2. Go to Admin>Content Management
3. Select Content Management Category
4. Click Create Content
5. Fill in the information including upload image
6. Unable to view the image

This issue consider as enhancement and i already added image preview after upload the image. Please test it after deployment.
