Description:
1. Issue Description
Edit Participant Profile, if not providing value in field Supervisor Phone No,
it will display “Supervisor Phone Number is required”, which is not sync
with the field name “Supervisor Phone No”.
In addition, if not providing value in field Office No and field Fax No, the
error message will be “Office No is required” and “Fax No is required”.
There is an inconsistent to display the error message.
2. Expected Results
All the messages displayed must be consistent.
3. Risk / Impact
Low impact.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to PARTICIPANTS > Participant Maintenance > Edit
- Leave blank in field “Supervisor Phone No”, then click Next.
(Kindly include your Finding/Resolution for the issue. TQ)

Reported issue has been retest and successfully replicated. Kindly proceed to fix on this issue:
- Change error message displayed from "Supervisor Phone Number is required" to be "Supervisor Phone No is required.
