1. Issue Description
When editing record of Adhoc Fee:
a. If not selecting Adhoc Type - it will display value “aaaa” in field Adhoc
Type
b. If not selecting GST – if will display value “0aaaa” in field Adhoc
Type
2. Expected Results
Should prompt error instead of auto populate dummy value in the field.
3. Risk / Impact
High impact.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to PARTICIPANTS > Participant Maintenance > View
- Click Adhoc Fee
- Edit record
a. Choose “Please Select” in Adhoc Type > Next
b. Choose “Please Select” in GST > Next

Hi,
Reported issue has been retest and successfully replicated. Kindly proceed to fix on this issue.
For fields "Adhoc Type" & "GST":
- Add Asterisk symbol “*” for required fields.
- Add validation for these required fields.
- Prompt below error message for leave blanks at this fields:
"GST is required"
"Adhoc Type is required"
