Description
1. Issue Description
Allow to create and approve record with same Subscription Name & Same From Date & Same To Date.
2. Expected Results
Same subscription name should not be created within the same From & To Date. Within the same From & To Date, should not allowed more than one subscription name.
3. Risk / Impact
Medium impact.
4. Steps To Reproduce
- Go to PARTICIPANTS > Subscription Fees > Create
- Approve successfully

Please check the logic for the "Payment Start Date".
Payment Start Date is 1-June-2018, should it be the next payment date should be next month 1-July-2018?

Duplicate subscription name, from date and to date validation had been added. Please test after deployment.

Payment Start Date is 1-June-2018, should it be the next payment date should be next month 1-July-2018?
- Since current month is May, the next payment will be 1 June because the payment not yet execute and the payment start date is the indicated for the subscription start, not meaning for the payment. If you still confuse on it, please ask Ayu for more details on it.
