Hi,
Reported issue has been retest and successfully replicated for Administrator role. Kindly proceed to fix on this issue.
- Service Type Code missing from Edit screen
- Maximum length for Service Type Name (100) and Service Type Description (255)
In order to proceed testing for other user as well, please proceed to fix on issue at Bug #8537

Please change as per below:
The length will be as below
1) Service Type Code = 5
2) Service Type Name =30
3) Service Type Description = 255

Retest Issue by User:
1. When create New Service Type, why is all fields come with a Note whereas other function does not have?
Please double confirm whether to remove or not the note
2. Delete page still not reflected correctly.
System display "Error, Error while performing your request,Service is currently unavailable.Please try again later." when Checker attempt to approve Create New Service Type
3. Also, duplicate check shall be base on Service Type Code.

Can't replicate, do retest

Validation for existing service type code has been added
