Patch is released to 20180521_4578_Unable_to_remit_FTT_transaction_in_JPY.
This is to resolve Own Account Transfer only.
For Intrabank issue, still pending confirmation on bene account number.

Related to issue 2353-BIB Labuan Fund transfer - Own Account USD-JPY
but source code do not have record of the changes.
