Description
1. Issue Description
a. When key in value more than 255 char in Field Reason, the message displayed but cannot see due to the font color – pleas change / standardize the font color.
b. After removed the value in Field Reason, the red box still remained – should remove it.
c. After clicked Back button in Approval page, it will return to the Admin Authorization Page, but displayed wrong listing of Admin Authorization – should show the listing of Admin Authorization.
2. Expected Results
As mentioned as above.

Medium impact.
4. Steps To Reproduce
- Go to AUTHORIZATION > Approval > Admin Authorization
- Click Search
- View record to go Approval page
- Follow the steps mentioned in 1. Issue Description

25/5/2018 [Onn] - comment field had been limited to input 255 char only, please test again.
31/5/2018 [Onn] - Backend validation not yet remove from code. Fixed, please test again.

Retest issue by Erni at 31/05/18:
System displays below error message when Checker attempt to approve action "Edit Admin Maintenance" & "Edit Admin Group" with 255 char in "Reason" field.
"Reason cannot be greater than 200 characters / digits."
Retest issue by Erni on 01/06/18:
1. Admin - Edit Admin Group > Tested & Failed . Same issue still persist.
2. Admin - Create Admin Group > Tested & Failed . Same issue still persist.
3. Admin - Delete Admin Group > Tested & Failed . Same issue still persist.
4. Admin - Delete Administrator > Tested & Failed. Same issue still persist.

Hi Erni,
Please refer below for the root cause and resolution, please test after deployment.
Root cause: Not all back end length validation changed to max length 255.
Resolution: Change all checker maker back end max length validation to 255.

The copy paste not able to handle automatic for textarea field, it only able to do truncated on next action.
